On the scenario ferrying folks for the M3 on long island railroad you get to just outside Jamaica station and get held by a red. There is a train just in front of you waiting to move. Its lights into Jamaica never change so you are both stuck waiting to go in whilst other traffic is still moving in and out of the station.
