Hi, I just published version 0.2 of the Scenario Planner Guide. The main change is a new appendix with a lot of details of the file format in which scenarios are stored. It is a fairly technical contribution, but in case you want to know ... Also the ECW planning sheet is updated and I created a new planning sheet for TVL. This helps you to create your own scenarios, because information on paths, platform lengths, stop locations and driving times are included in these sheets. I know how the start time is formatted, and discovered some nasty inconsistencies in the design of this datastructure. Expect an update somewhere in October, with the latest details.
