Xbox Scenario Planner Peninsula Corridor Issue

I saw the stream of peninsula corridor and I wanted to try putting a German train on this route. However, it only gives me the options to put the gp38-2 or the f40ph-2cat. I did exactly how they did in the stream. And before anyone asks, I checked the lengths. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong, or take note and try to fix it.

You need off the rails mode.

 

Umm, how exactly? I don’t see that in scenario planner or in settings, and I can’t find any information online about where to toggle it.

EDIT: found it, thank you. If anyone is wondering, you have to press the screen key while in scenario planner.
