Hi, I would like to inform, I made an scenario for the Trans Pennine Route, with the Class 66.
But I could not even start driving the loco, due to I have permanent red light from start!.
I noticed the switch at the front is set to other track. But there is no train on this Scenario, going to that track!

    Please see these pictures:
    SCENARIO PLANNER - RED LIGHT - 3.jpg SCENARIO PLANNER - RED LIGHT - 2.jpg SCENARIO PLANNER - RED LIGHT.jpg

I defined the run to all the route lenght, from Manchester to Leeds.

Then I had an idea... I changed the final destination to the previous station, instead of Leeds.
And... it works! Now I got a green light!
Of course I can drive the train, but not be able to go to Leeds.

    But why this happens?
I change something on the other side of the route!
I did not change any train! Only the final destination of the driver train as mentioned.

So how this can affect the red light at the start of the route?....

I got this to work by selecting to stop at ALL stations along the route but, couldn't complete the scenario because I had put an AI train in front of me so when I got to Leeds it was blocking the platform therefore unable to finish

Thanks for your reply and comments
    But that is another situation.
I did the same on other scenarios, in order have yellows and red lights ahead, for a more interesting ride.
Unfortunately we do not have several platforms available on the start and end of the routes (*), so we have to end the run on the previous station or also previous red light.

In this case is different situation.
I had red light from the start.
Furthermore for this Scenario I did not create another train in front of mine, to avoid problems I had on other Scenario.
For example on the MSB, I had a strange problem which a "mysterious" and invisible red light, which cancelled the run.!.
In this case it happens just around 10 kms from the start. Really strange.

(*) - There are more than one platforms available. But in most cases there is only one from departure and another one for arriving.
In others there are extra ones, but are only from or to close stations, not the full length of the route.
That is Ok for the AI trains, but not for the driver train.

So I found on xbox that Leeds seems to be the problem station. If you start a service from the next station down the line you can go all the way into Manchester with no problem. It's a shame that line has such short sidings, I'd love to run freight but they are all too long.

And they keep pushing this problem back. I guess buying a new line is more important than fixing a previous two lines.

I noticed on the Roadmap updates, they are mentioning they will include more platforms available on some routes, for Scenario Planner.
These are good news, as it shows DTG noticed this point we were also mentioning heret.
Surely they will include on more routes in the future too. Thumps up!
