I am hoping that the Scenario Planner will evolve into something, where we will be able to use static formations, any formations on Locomotives, able to spawn from and into Portals
Yes I do agree, I find the scenario planner a disappointment really with its limitations. Would much rather a scenario planner (not full blown editor, we have been there) just like the scenario editor in TS classic, with the ability to place stock on the (labelled) map. But I'm just a dreamer...
