I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this: The entire screen (scene) sways with your train vehicle. Look especially on the edges (camera 2) and see the terrain and buildings go up and down like the whole world is unstable. I have noticed it on Spirit of Steam and on shunting services with the 08 on Tees Valley. There may be others. I've tried Windowed, Full Screen, Windowed Full Screen, and half screen windowed upside down mirrored TARDIS screen, as well as different resolutions and it's still there. Anyone else?

If I’m understanding what you’re saying correctly, the swaying is because of the train physics. Even before cab way was a thing the trains would always slightly move, rails aren’t perfectly smooth and straight and the camera attached to the train is just a reflection of that.

Unless there is something only related to PC

Yes, this is using the external cameras. Thing is, the WHOLE SCENE sways, not just the loco. And it only happens on a couple of locos mentioned above and on a couple of Routes. I may have seen it on Peak Forest as well but not sure. It may be only on PC as well, as you suggest.

infact its just the loco that sways, and your camera is locked onto the loco making it look like otherwise. go outside, zoom in a point of the loco thats pretty far from the track (the toppest part of the loco for example) and possibly notice it swaying a few millimeters

I just don't see it as pronounced on other locos, as I do on the Spirit of Steam ones and the 08 in Tees Valley.

Probably because these locos don't exactly have the best suspension, just big ol' leaf springs instead of normal springs or air cushions.

Thank you all for your answers; that makes a lot of sense. I just wondered sometimes if the whole earth was wobbling, or if it was only me!

Yeah, certain locomotives will keep bopping left and right even when stationary. Mostly seems to be locomotives with no bogeys but "fixed" wheels like the steam locomotives, the Class 08 and the DB BR 363.

Just another great example of TSW physics...

I would love to see more and better camera views and options - maybe later after the TSW3 fixes are applied .... ;)
