Glasgow-Edinburgh via Carstairs for LNER via Motherwell and Caledonian Sleeper and Scotrail to Lanark
Glasgow-Carlisle via Lockerbie for Avanti West Coast and Transpennine Express with Class 801 layer

Seriously though, it would be best to pick your top three and provide more details on each. The more detail you add to a suggestion the more momentum it will gather and the higher chance of it being noticed and considered by a developer.
