Hi, I am running into problems on TS2020 64bit with the screen completely freezing , usually within minutes of starting to run a scenario. This has happened on Riviera Line 50's as well as on third party routes. When this happens I have two options, one, to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to get out of the programme, or two, to sit and wait for the programme to respond (which it doesn't) and eventually crashes back to the desktop. I have seen instances with the 'Out of Memory' crash but this is different. Can anyone help please. For the record my PC system is: Windows 10 64bit Intel i5 CPU 6500 @3.2 GHz 16GB ram NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 ti Motherboard Gigabyte Z170-HD3P-CF TS2020 is installed on a 232GB Western Digital WDC WDS250G1B0A-00H9H0 (SATA (SSD)) Any help would be much appreciated. I am pleased to report the screen freeze problem has been resolved. It was associated with a .dll file on the sound card. Resetting the sound card to default sorted the problem for me.
