PC Screen Resolution Does Not Fit

I accidently set the screen resolution to minimum in the setting of train sim world 3 and now I can only see a very small cutout of the entire interface. I can not turn it back because the setting is not on the visible cutout of the screen. How can I fix this?

Backup then delete this folder
My Games\TrainSimWorld3\Saved\Config
