Screen Tearing And Distoration Especially 64 Bit

I have a Nvidia 750Ti and have had minor screen tearing (could never fix it really) in 32 bit TS2018.

I now notice screen tearing very badly and even at 29FPS the display does not seem smooth.

Is it possible you can can talk to Nvidia and arrange a new driver to address screen tearing in both editions please?

You can go to Nvidia website and see if there is a update for your video card.

 

I think I fixed it.
As well as using the FPS Limit switch (30FPS) which doesn't work on its own,

I changed some settings in Nvidia control panel for the 64bit executable. The settings that I changed (others at global setting or application controlled), or at least these are generally the ones I change.

Antialiasing - FXAA (Use Global Setting (OFF)
Antialiasing - Gamma Correction OFF
Antialiasing - Mode Use global setting (Application controlled)
Power Management Mode Prefer Maximum Performance
Texture FIltering - Anisotropic sample opt.. ON
Texture FIltering - Negative LOD Bias : CLAMP
Texture Filtering Quality HIGH PERFORMANCE
Texture Filtering Trilinear Optimization ON
Vertical Sync ON
