PlayStation Scroll Menu 2020

using PS4 pad or keyboard, how do you scroll this menu?

 

Right stick up/down (PS4 pad)

 

That works on the pause menu but not when I press T on the keyboard in game, pausing the game is a pain where as the T Menu shows the same info in game but won’t scroll

 

Following. Very frustrating.
I wish we could have used the touchpad to scroll.

 

R3 on PS4 to scroll, but Dovetail removed it at the final after the driving, where you see the time and Kilometer you drives
