I'm loving the inbuilt Raildriver support that has been added to TSW 2, however I have a HOTAS with a screen on and an SDK, something that I would love to do is to use that trottle and screen for something like the 395 with the screen showing TVM signalling.

Given the amount of hardware and software comibinations that there could be would it be worth having something like raildriver.dll from TS1 available? I'm sure that TrainSim-Matt would like this for his FIP/BIP/cabinet setup too.

I would love that. Hopefully it also will transfer the Hud data at the API. They we can create our own HUD overlays.

I totally agree, there Is a huge player base that owns generic joysticks. Personally, I would enjoy train sim world with any of my joysticks and until there is the option to do it, I'm not even downloading the base game on my PC.
