How do you setup the brakes on these wagons please? Not using the class 37. I've tried air and vacuum and the brakes won't release. I can get the train moving but there's a lot of resistance.

    Thanks.

Have you released the hand brakes?

Yeah I've check all the hand brakes. They are all released.

Even when I spawn the 37 with the seacows attached there's still a lot of resistance. Throttle back and the train comes to a complete stop.

IIRC you need to open the vacuum chamber. The Class 37 has a valve in front of the 2nd man's seat. Open it, wait, then close.

And make sure the correct brake type is selected. Well, "vacuum brakes" in this case.

Thanks. I didn't know about this chamber on the 37.

I started the scenario slow ride on wcl and coupled to the wagons, brakes are set to air/freight by default. The brakes release and the train moves and coasts no problem.

If I spawn a 37 with seacows attached with the brakes set to air/freight and do the chamber release, the brakes do release.

On the other hand if I uncouple and delete the 37 and spawn any other diesel loco and couple to the wagons the brakes won't release no matter what I try.

I think maybe the seacow wagons are just broken.
