im really sorry about all this everyone, but i've really tried to use the pc editor, but trying to make my own work is really quite daunting to me. so im looking for people who can help make trains and routes i know it sounds really selfish, but i can't make my own mods for games, at all!
So, here are two suggestions for you to choose from: the first is "give up", the second is "spend money"
You either sit down and learn it like all of us did, or you hire people to make trains and routes for you. It's a long journey to make custom routes, it takes lot of time and effort.
If this is a recruitment ad, you'd be better off letting people know the name of your game development company and the salary you're offering for this position, plus key details like whether this is a full-time permanent, contract or fantasy position.
