This was on the Workshop but I can't find it anymore. Has it been deleted or am I just looking for it in the wrong place? I already have it installed and I've backed it up just in case.

Unfortunately it can mean that the game deletes the route. Some scenarios I found but others disappeared entirely.
That seems to be a newer version than the one on Steam. Annoyingly, RWCentral still has not approved my account despite multiple support requests over multiple months, so I can't download it.
