The new class 66 for SEH with the better sounds didn't get the new headlights. It seems DTG put the new headlights on the wrong class 66. You can further prove this by specifically making a SEH class 66 livery and when you select it in timetable you will have the old bad headlights. Also if you choose a class 66 with the older original sounds you DO get the brighter lights. I'm pretty disappointed because I made a nice SEH 66 livery but can't see anything at night with it.
