In the Higspeed Run scenario, in Ebbsfleet the instruction sequence says: - Load-Passengers - Switch to DC -Load passengers So you are required to pick up passengers twice. This is weird. My guess is that the normal procedure would be to open the doors and change to DC while the passengers are boarding.
