PlayStation Sehs 1l20 Stuck At Red

1L20 St Pancras Int'l to Ashford
Service starts at 9:35:00

Got stuck at red before the tunnel right outside Ashford.
Timetable mode, in 395, dynamic weather enabled. Save game not enabled.
A bunch of 395's are piled up in the station, including a pair of drivers that are facing each other head on, just chillin

 

Probably not what's causing it but I do have the following DLC installed that may or may not layer (I've seen the LGV and an ICE at St Pancras):

• Schnellfahrstrecke Köln - Aachen
• Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel Wurzberg
• LGVMediterranee
• Spirit of Steam
• RHTT/66

 

Same issue on PS4

I was hoping maybe this was just a one time bug.
Do you know if they monitor these bug report threads? Or do I need to also put in a ticket online somewhere?

 

I just done this service on series x. All fine. No reds on approach to ashford int

 

Pretty sure they monitor these bug, but when i found one, i reported on the module dedicated at red lights, so have updated and i'm going to check if the bugs are fixed
