When driving between Ebbsfleet and stratford the TVM gives a max speed of 225 but the hud only says you are overspeeding when you go faster than 230.
That is because the speed limit of the line is actually 230. However, that speed is only for the Eurostar, the Javelin can only go up to 225. When you go faster than 225 you are technically not breking the line speed limit until you go faster than 230.
