Sending A Bug Report To Dtg Can't Be A Full Time Job.

    I have sent 4 bug reports related to Linke Rheinstrecke in the last few days. For 3 of those reports, the CSRs replied asking me to submit a video, and for the other one I was sent an "standard format" reply telling me to check that I did not save, i set all switches correctly, etc ...

    As you can imagine, making videos, uploading them and then posting them to the bug report system takes time. I can do the extra effort for some issue that is really difficult to reproduce or hard to explain, but not for every report I make.

    For example, one of the bugs is that the switch that turns SIFA on in the n-wagen cab does not work. I got asked for a screenshot. What do you need ascreenshot for? It is not like there are many SIFA switches in the cab. Go and find it. Do not make me take a screenshot for you showing you where it is. It is not my job.

    BTW, there is no manual for Linke Rheinstrecke, so I had to use my time to find the SIFA switch too in the first place. I don't understand why you think my time is less valuable than yours.

    Note: I bet Matt can tell you what is wrong with the game in any of those reports just reading them without any video. So could most of the users in this forum.

We have experts on various subject matters within the team, but they each have their own responsibilities, so please be mindful that the person you are speaking to may have differing levels of background knowledge. A detailed report will genuinely help us improve the game, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
