After service 5W01 (Reading Traincare depot to Slough) ends, you are instructed to "Wait for service" in which you apparently should park your consist on a siding at Slough after pulling a bit to branch line. Two problems with that: 1. If you stand up to change cabs, you can't sit back again 2. Your consist is still driveable, though, if you operate controls standing. But you still can't reach needed location because of this Although it is within map limits.
I think this service is supposed to be AI only. There are many services out there that are AI only (Ex: Taking an HST from Reading to off the map is technically a service, only AI are allowed to do it) So I think the bug here is that the system told you to wait to do the AI's job, when it should have told you to get off. That happens sometimes.
Yeah, simple "Alight here" directive would've prevented it. On the other hand, AI-driven services have locked controls and you can't drive them neither sitting nor standing. Another infuriating thing is when it tells you to wait for service before it becomes AI-only. Today I've three times waited for the service start for 10-20 minutes only to get "Alight here". This is just ARRRGHHH
basically that service does a ECS move from Reading to Slough then all day long it goes back and forth to Windsor & Eton Central which is not in the Game at the moment
