Hi, I'm currently working on a service mode timetable, I've have a couple of questions. 1) Is it possible to import player created livery's in the editor definitions? 2) How can I edit the destination display on a train , so that it displays correct destination on start-up? 3) What is the correct "F-script" format to make the station departure displays work in conjunction with the services?
In the in-game livery editor? Not as far as I know. In the start service node you can enter line number, operator etc., in "enter portal" nodes you can set "virtual" (=off-map) destinations. What's F-script? You don't need to do anything, station departure screens work automatically if your trains are set up correctly. Just note that, when playing in editor, they won't display anything in the location where you spawn in. They work correctly once you reach places that the game loads in later. That's purely an editor thing and won't affect the actual game later.
i'm running trains to portals not destinations, so there isn't an actual destination selectable, but in the destination box in the train definition it mentions "F-script"
Thanks for the help !! my destination station isn't listed in the virtual destinations , how do I edit / add more destinations? thanks
You would have to modify the station directory, but in the official editor you can only duplicate it. Issue will be that it shows the route in the game twice. I believe you can modify it in the unofficial editor but I don't know how to do that.
