    Hi,
Following PTG Rail's excellent Updated FOV video on YouTube, when I enter the command line I get a rejection message stating that the Target line is invalid. Can anyone assist with this please?

I tried this the other day for the screen grab competition and it wasn't having it. You can achieve the same effect by changing the properties in Steam as PTG describes in another video.

It is exactly that which doesn't work - Windows will not accept the suffix on the command line.

Put any command line extensions OUTSIDE of the speechmarks... The speech marks are there to stop windows reading incomplete filenames due to spaces...

    Example:
This will work - File structure and file name within speech marks, extensions follow:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\RailWorks.exe" -FPSLimit=15

This will not work - completely within speechmarks:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\RailWorks.exe -FPSLimit=15"

This will not work - end speech mark missing:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\RailWorks.exe -FPSLimit=15

    I guess I misunderstood. I thought you'd tried this:

...which hadn't worked so I suggested you try this:

Whichever one didn't work try the other one.

go to your Steam folder and then steamapps then common then Railworks then dev then click on scripts then open engine script with wordpad or notepad and look for this line
This function is automatically run if the game is a release build
    change the numbers and save
