Xbox One Settings For Tsw2 (xbox)?

Unfortunately I can't find the settings for Train Sim World 2 on the Xbox. Can you help me? You can see the start page in the picture. Thanks for all the answers

Yeah, but how do I get onto the menu shown in the picture? Because my game autostarts when I click a thing in the main menu.

 

Hoely you found the info, you needed, I did not realize you wanted to stop Journey mode from Autostarting.
