Hi I want a route from Sheffield to Huddersfield Via Silkstone Common and a branch to Leeds. I would like to see a 144 pacer, a 150/1 and a 158 or 156. This is my local route and is very senic with sections running alongside the woodhead route I would like it to be in late 2018 early 2019 as this was when pacers still operated on the route

I live on the Southern end of the route. Barnsley-Huddersfield, while scenic would be a bit boring, it's a lot of single track and features only DMU's.

Sheffield-Wakefield Kirkgate would be more interesting, but still doesn't feature much variety in the modern era. I'd like to see it one day, but I don't think it's a priority.

Hi, the Sheffield/Huddersfield part is 36 miles and the extension from Barnsley to Leeds is about 15 meaning that would be about 50 miles which is the length of the CalTrain route. Don't moan about modernized versions or single track as some of the Seaford branch is single. I said in 2018/2019 as that is when pacers still operated. And we all know that you can not have a simulation game with trains without a Pacer. Any way the only single line section is between Barnsley and Silkstone and the Peni$tone to 3 miles before Huddersfield
