I think this route would be a good addition to tsw as this route has been planned for many years now and is due to come out early 2022. Also you would not have to make redding to Paddington line as it’s already there. If no licsens then can you do shenfield to Liverpool st with class 315 thank you
You mean Crossrail and that requires the GWML London Paddington to reading 2021 update 25kv 50hz Overhead contact system to Reading from Hayes and Harlington
I assume this is for Crossrail, in which case you'd need a 321, 345, 387, 745 and 800 at the minimum.
