See the two screenshots, one with camera 1 and the almost the same spot with camera 3. With camera1 it looks bleach, camera 3 looks much better (weather is cloudy here). Did one of the devs invert a lighting parameter? No idea but for me it looks horrible.
I'm pretty sure that's an effect built into UE4 that attempts to simulate how your pupils react to light, darkening the game when there's more light and brightening the game when there's less light, like in the cab. Turning on the cab light (the switch is on the light itself in the middle of the cab ceiling) should help a bit.
I think this effect is overdone on Sherman Hill, it washes out the colours too much. I'd love to see them dial it back about 50%. DW
