Feature Shortcuts For Buzzer And Two Torn Horn

I would love there to be some way of implementing a shortcut key for the guard buzzer like all the other shortcuts on console.

Additionally for two tone horn instead of having to manually select high or low sounds as it stands at minute.

May be tricky as there's lots of buttons assigned already on consoles but would be good I feel overall.
