Having walked some of the route finding the collectables (particularly the fencing), you really do get an opportunity to see how well the route is detailed in certain places. Unfortunately this just rams home how some of the route has been rushed. The depot at Gillingham is one of my biggest complaints. It’s poop. I am beginning to fall in love with the route and would be super happy with it if: Gillingham depot can be enhanced without causing performance issues. Draw distance and asset load in distance is improved. Watching the route on PS5 doesn’t seem to make this any better (although I accept the game isn’t optimised for PS5 yet). The sound of the 395 is much improved. Not necessarily the cab sounds (although I’m sure the cab is probably noisier than represented without horrendously loud throttle movement and door alarms). I’ve posted two videos of the 395 both inside and out and it sounds a thousand times better in the videos than it does in the game. Ambient sound is improved. 395 timetable services, whereby the train stops at Faversham and turns around, get included in the timetable. The 395 makes use of the Faversham sidings in real life.
