In Train Sim World we already have multiple routes where the Siemens Mireo would fit: München-Augsburg (Go Ahead Bayern), Koblenz-Mainz (Mittelrheinbahn, between Bingen and Mainz) and Rapid Transit (S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland from 2026). The trains are not operated by Deutsche Bahn (except Rapid Transit), so licensing might be more difficult. There are routes where DB Regio is operating with the Mireo since 2022: around Falkenberg(Elster). A map of the region. Yellow are the routes where the Mireo is operating, the in Train Sim World existing routes Rapid Transit and Dresden-Riesa are blue/green. Falkenberg/Elster is a tower station (Turmbahnhof, dunno how this is named in english). RE10 (Leipzig - Frankfurt/Oder) and RE11 (Leipzig - Hoyerswerda) in Falkenberg at the upper platform. The trains get splitted in Falkenberg, the RE10 drives the north route (look on the map above) via Doberlug-Kirchhain and Cottbus to Frankfurt/Oder and the RE11 takes the south route via Elsterwerda-Biehla and Ruhland to Hoyerswerda. That picture (and the following pictures) was taken by myself. The lower platform of Falkenberg with a RB49 to Cottbus via Ruhland on the left and a S4 to Markkleeberg-Gaschwitz via Torgau, Eilenburg and Leipzig on the right. The infrastructure around Falkenberg is mostly unmodernized, in Beutersitz (between Falkenberg and Doberlug-Kirchhain) are still semaphores. There are also some old level crossings (WSSB) with flashing lights. https://www.bahnbilder.de/bilder/bei-wespen-konnte-ich-diesen-1319265.jpg
