I am driving the BR110 from Hude to Oldenburg. Sometimes, the SIFA tone stops coming. This means, I get the yellow warning light, but no tome with it. Needless to say, I often overlook it and I get a forced stop. Is there a way to get the tome back? Is this a bug? If so, has it already been reported? Thank you for your input - I am new to this stuff
The tone only becomes audible if the warning light is not acknowledged within a few seconds, you then have more seconds before emergency brake application. That is all pretty normal. The tone itself is also pretty quiet in the BR110 and can be drowned out by other sounds especially if you have the window down or using external views. I have never encountered the sound not playing at all if not acknowledged though.
Thank you for your input. Yes I know, usually the tone comes briefly after the Sifa light comes on. However, sometimes, this tone stops coming for me. Often, when I switch cockpits or leave / enter the cockpit, it changes back to playing the sound, but I have not found a reliable way to reproduce this funny behavior. I seem to be the only one experiencing this?
