I think I have come to the conclusion that SIFA is just so inconsistent with the German/Austrian routes that the control pad is going to be thrown out of the window. I mean, don't get me wrong, it is nice to have it in the game because it helps out with the scores if you wanna get to platinum (which I do) but when you have to acknowledge the system and you acknowledge it, you get the speed down to way below what the speed limit is and then it just locks on out of nowhere I have just done my first scenario on the Mittenwaldbahn (what a route by the way, well worth the £32.99) and the amount of times the train just screeched to a halt because a plain yellow circle lit up out of nowhere, no warning, no anything, was frustrating. Sometimes you would get a noise and the yellow circle with the exclaimation would pop up, acknowledge it and you are on your way still but the yellow plain circle pops up and you are done, no warning, no nothing
You didn't read the manual, did you. Its written there (Page 35-36), that the 1020 has no visible but only audible SiFa Alert. In the 111 you have your visual SiFa Alert.
Oh no, I definitely heard SIFA in the 1020, it's whatever this second yellow circle is that just is like SURPRISE!
What you are describing is Indusi, not Sifa. As harsh as that may sound, there really are only two options here: Learn to read the signals, and learn how Indusi works Play with Indusi off
Yeah, that's Indusi. And as those who read the manual or played with PZB/Indusi before have come to notice is that it does not show any warning that you need to acknowledge it in the train itself (only in the HUD if you have that enabled) for a reason: In real life it tests you awareness. Evidently it is doing its job rather well in game. You do need to learn the signals and indusi to be able to use it, there aren't any other ways around it, that's really what I wrote the manual for. I can understand that it might be labourious to have that opened alongside the game, but even with a good tutorial system it requires learning eventually because the tutorial can't be opened at the same time as the game itself.
