0U02, a shunt moce around the Carlisle area, gets unnecessarily held for quite a while at the signal to the station throat (from Upperby end). First, a train comes in from Petteril Bridge to cross its path. However, the 08 has more than enough time to be out the way. Then, its held up again for a steel train to pass down towards Preston. However, again, plenty of time for the 08 to be out the way. Admittedly I was 10 minutes early (was driving a container train from Preston to Carlisle) , but the 08 was stuck at that signal before I got to Upperby - the first train only just entered the map at that point. I find it unnecessary for the 08 to be held for 20 minutes. It makes the service duration a lot longer than it needs to be. Note the same would've happened If I were driving the 08, so it seems to be an issue with the dispatcher messing up its priorities.
