On this service, I departed Grand Central Terminal like normal. The first 2 to 3 signals I had were yellow, ultimately meaning there was probably a train in front of me. However, once I got to the third or fourth signal, I was told to stop at about the time another train was coming into the station. I waited for the train to go by, but the signal would not turn green. I looked around the map and there were no trains that would've been in my way. I waited for about 5 minutes for the signal to turn green. This put me several minutes behind schedule since the signal stayed red for no reason.
