When leaving Aachen from track 3 (for all the RE9 Talent 2 service), the distant signal seen in the middle of below screenshot is showing a danger aspect, while the main signal it belongs to is showing a proceed aspect. This distant signal seems to be wired to the wrong main signal.
It may be related to the 40km/h speed reduction - but then with Ks signals one would expect a flashing green, not a yellow.
