Epic Games Signed In To Dovetail Account - Can't Get To The Main Menu

I just started the game, and signed in to my Dovetail account.
I played around with a tutorial for a bit. After this, I quit the game to search for a few things online, and as I launch the game again, I get a notification I'm signed in, but the main menu never loads. It just shows the rotating circles at the bottom of the screen.

Has anyone a solution for this? Can I sign out somehow by editing or deleting a file ?

 

You're correct, I did install a mod.. annoying I didn't think of that. Thanks for reminding me!
