When I load up TSW it asks me if I want to sign into my account. I put in my email and my password but it always says "Dovetail live problem" or something like that. Anybody know what might be the problem?
Have you tried to log in with the same login data over your Webbrowser into Dovetail Live to see if that works? In most cases that error means that its the wrong password.
Ok. Maybe doing a Power Cycle helps (Holding down the Xbox Button on the Console for around 10 secs, unplugging from power for 30) , if not try again after some time since it could be a DTL problem that solves itself or if it still wont work might be best to create a Ticket with support.
