Hello folks, just a quick note to say that as of last Friday I am no longer part of Dovetail Games. I wanted to say that I thouroughly enjoyed working with you on trying to make train sims be all they can be. For as much as things haven't always gone to plan, knowing the passion you have for the game and the subject matter has provided ample fuel to push the company for more. It might not seem like your feedback has made a difference but it genuinely does. There are a lot of exciting new things coming your way (and no, I won't give hints) which will hopefully continue to push TSW ever closer to the kind of experience you'll love. Thank you for the support you've shown during my time with the company.

Sam, you will be missed. You were the one who asked difficult questions and put people in their place on live streams. You were a large part of this forum and discussions and you were also the voice of reason on many occasions. Wishing you all the best for your future endeavours whatever they may be. Those 4 up challenges won't be the same without you.
Sam, Having been around these forums for years and seen the development of DTG as a company and their live streams a few years back being the pinnacle of their output in terms of quality of information I would like to thank you for all that you have done for the TSC and TSW communities in your time in the company and I am sure that many people both within DTG and the community at large will hold your time here as a high point You asked the right questions at the right times and tried to ensure the balance between keeping the company's information a secret and allowing us, the users and buyers of that content up to date and our expectations in check I hope you comprehend the regard which many of the community hold you in, and also that you enabled much of what has been good in TSW to this point. Good luck and best wishes in whatever you're moving onto.

Sam really sad you have gone. Live stream haven't been the same since you stop presenting them. I miss your knowledge, fun facts and light hearted humour that you brought to the live streams and the Roadmaps with Adam. Good luck with your future endeavours. Your be truly missed.

Best wishes Sam, we've been missing your presence for a while, so this isn't much of a surprise, but sad confirmation that you won't be back again. I want to highlight what ARuscoe said above, your time at the forefront of things was a high watermark for the quality and quantity of interaction between us and DTG. I know you did things differently, but it was always a good differently, it was better.
A massive loss for DTG. Sam , I wish you all the best in whatever new ventures you pursue. I'm indebted to you being a source of light during covid with the streams yourself and Matt did. I hope you continue to lurk here under a differently name.
