Silly Question: Boston F40ph-3c

Can't find a switch for the taillights, when running cabcar first. Help! (The marker light switch, that on the Caltrain F40 activates them, here turns on the white markers, not the taillights)

 

At the top left of the back wall there should be a switch called front marker lights

 

So what have got to get out off the cabcar run down to the loco and switch them on
