Who's idea was it to add bass fishing into a match fishing tournament as far as i was concerned bass are a game/predatory species. Most match fishing is for coarse species roach,rudd,bream,tench etc.
Match fishing is used to describe any type of tournament/competition fishing.It just became associated with Course fishing over the years. I do agree though,that section of the tournaments should of just stuck to coarse fish.
