   I have the packs installed and I see them in the list. But they’re not popping up in Train Simulator 2021 Editor. Perhaps I have to install them 3rd party maybe?

   When you are using the editor you have to pick the assets you want using the Object Set filter.
   I don't know who made them so I don't know what you need to select in the filter.
