Yes it will be in single dlc like the other two rolling stocks of the deluxe edition with a price of £12.99 / €15.99 / $16.99 at the launch
You can buy it is a single DLC. However, you'll have to decide where to run it if you don't want the route it goes on and spawn it yourself. The layers that might or might not exist haven't been announced.
I toyed with the idea of getting the free upgrade and buying Riviera Line and Voyager separately but, if these are normal prices, it isn’t much more to buy the deluxe version (especially with the 10% discount) and get two extra routes and 2 extra locos.. I still haven’t decided which version to buy. I’m even toying with the idea of the Special Edition this time as I don’t have the 5 extra routes. Mind you, I’m not sure if I can justify the price either. Decisions, decisions.
Yeah, that could make sense for you if you want all those locos and routes. TSW isn't bad on their route bundles. The only thing I see remotely interest is Riviera and even that I'd just wait to pick up on sale since it's the more boring modern version. So in that case it makes sense to not do a bundle.
One strategy I'm considering is to buy the Standard Edition plus the ALP45DP because Morristown is really all I want. I won't install the Dresden extension which I have no interest in and I agree that the Riviera line is too modern. I'll keep those two for possible installation down the road or use for layering. This will cost less than the Deluxe and just a little more than the Morristown plus extra loco alone.
My strategy will be to get the free upgrade first. In November with the "Black Friday Sales" or a few weeks later "Christmas Sales", is where I'll get the DBBR294, the Dutch and Welsh route separately or if the discounted price is more than 20% the "Special Edition". In times where food and living costs increased and with another person in my household, I don't think I can motivate myself to sepnd 110EUR, even taking the "Loyalty discount" into consideration. Secondly, it is simply owed to the fact that this year the core selection does not impress me. Than again, I'm tempted to get the "Special Edition" simply because of abovementioned products, which together will likely sum up to the same amount. For me, too, junior hornet its decisions on decisions... Kind regards.
