Is there a way to brighten up the world editor environment other than using a torch? I've run into a problem where every time I load one of my standard scenarios for the second time around it defaults to midnight lighting in the world editor. I haven't had this happen to me on other routes, I think. The route is Semmeringbahn by DTG:

I've had this problem with a few routes. If you create a free roam scenario and place the marker near to where you are editing. Double click on the marker and it should load the scenario, then control E to go back into edit mode.

I think when going back to edit, it always defaults to the last used free roam scenario.

I think it might be due to the time of day the scenario starts at.

I tried various ways of loading scenarios without any luck unfortunately. But when I read your comment and set the scenario time to 08:00 it all of a sudden worked. It seems like it treats the default scenario start time at 12:00 as midnight while in the scenario tools even though it shows up as daytime when testing the scenario. However, this bug seems to only apply to certain routes like the Semmeringbahn. No issues using 12:00 on other routes.

    Thanks for your help!

Edit: I must have hit the right combination of things during the previous session in TSC, because now the problem reoccurred after a reboot. At least I've seen it work once which means it's fixable, but how... :D

Solution: Looks like the darkness was related to the selected weather "1. Clear". I changed to one of the 3d ones and it now works.
