I just wanted to open the editor, but instead I get the following error message: Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
It doesn't seem to belong to an update because I can open the Editor here. What did you do before in the editor or with the Editor files? How long is that ago? BTW: Did you blacked out your EpicAccountId intentionally?
Yesterday, I worked on a new timetable for BRO set in 2024. But I already tried to solve the issue by moving it out of the Editor files. But that did not help. No I didn't it wasn't showing up in the message
A week ago, I had the problem that the Editor crashes when selecting some signals. It got solved by removing the plugin in which the signals asset were, then removed the instances from the map and after I cleaned everything, put the plugin folder back into its place. However, as you said, this doesn't seem to work here. I also don't know which the "PathTree.cpp" for an asset or file is. Maybe it doesn't even have something to do with trees and more likely reference to a tree structure for files?!? Usually, when I upload a sceenshot of the error log, I black out or paint over my 'EpicAccountId' and 'LoginId' for security reasons. But I think it's strange that it doesn't show up in your error message. Maybe it's a synchronisation error with your Epic Account / Or the error happens before a synchronisation to Epic is happening? I don't know. Could also be just a usual thing and I exaggerate it here, but it is a little strange that it does not show off to me at least.
I just found out what was the problem. Yesterday I installed the BR 424 (S-Bahn Köln) Mod (by Hannah), but didn't play the game or used the editor after that. So, now I deleted the mod file and the editor was starting without any problem. And with the updated mod a few ours ago, I can now start the editor with the mod installed at the same time.
