Steam (solved) My Unreal Is Crashing When I Spawn A...

So My issue is that When I spawn a class 37 with an Electrostar on East Coastway my UE4 Would error and crash the entire game saying about 'access violation' whatever its going on about, I don't know what caused it but every time just on East Coastway nowhere else. If anyone knows what the problem is feel free to say in the 'Reply' section.

Results: Well I found the problem, Your support helped Aswell but I also found it to be an issue with the launcher where when I had the TSW3 DLC with TSW2 DLC and TSW2020 DLC it kind of bugged it, So I reset the whole East Coastway route and now it works Fine.
