[solved] Pls Help Me Identify This German Diesel Loco

I was trainspotting somewhere and am making a video blablabla and I am adding little information cards about what class is currently being filmed, and theres a freight diesel loco that I spotted besides some ICE-highspeed action, but I don't know what class it is, so can someone please tell me?

 

After having a search it looks like a German Class 265

It also seems possible to be a German Class 261 also, hard to tell by exterior design

The 260, 261 and 265 are all variants of the Voith Gravita family and only differ in their guts; from the outside they're pretty much identical.
