(solved) Submitted A Ticket. "my Tickets" Still Empty & No Reply

    Hi!

    I've submitted a ticket yesterday (Saturday) on Kayako's support form after registering with them as well.
    But then I viewed the "My Tickets" category, which was still empty.

    Will my ticket get placed there after they process it during the following weekdays, or did somthing go wrong with my browser/connection? Should I re-submit? I didn't get any auto-confirmation of sending my ticket...

    Your ticket list will likely be empty until you get a response back from DTG on Monday at the earliest there is no one there on the weekend to respond to tickets.

    Edit:
    It's now Friday, and not a peep the whole week. I'll try resubmitting again on Monday using another browser, or without the new "Advanced Tracker Blocker" security in the latest Firefox...​
    Got no other ideas. :(

    Thread Update - Solved:
    Tried resubmitting my ticket today, with Firefox's new "Advanced Anti-Tracking" turned off at Kayako's site.
    It worked now! :D And I got my precious ticket number LOL!​

    Edit: Kayako devs started looking into it. Yay!
