I've noticed this mostly with the horn e.g. on the 47 on WSR or last night on the BR406 on Dresden. When you press the left thumb stick in, the horn sounds and continues for as long as you press the button. As soon as you release the sound sharply cuts out but then plays a short blast again. As though the horn is being activated twice - on press and again on release. I've also noticed some double sounds in the UI such as a double bong when returning to the menu after a service has been completed.
