PS4 Sometimes After Taking A Picture With Photo Mode, And You Are On Free Roam... This Happens!

Hi, I have noticed something really strange, just after the last patch of TSW4!.

After taking a picture with photo mode, and you are on free roam, strange situations happens!
You are throw off away the the train, or stacked below the floor level!

In the first case, yesterday I was doing a timetable with a Vectron on Dresden Riesa, and I appeared on the track level, and all the train pass through me.
As I had activated Sifa on the locomotive, then it stopped ahead.
I could take it again

Both really strange situations!.

This issue is continue happening!

It is really strange, as it does not always happens.
I noticed, on some routes I took lot of pictures, and never happened!.
But on others usually!
I am on PS4, and this happens when I press the "O" on the PS control, in order to exit the Photo Mode, and continue driving.
Then it takes me away of the locomotive!.
Most of the times, to a deeply "underground"!

Very important Note:
This started to happens, since the last update patch, getting the 1.24 version of the game.
Never happened before.

This is not a minor issue, as I lose, the service I was driving!

Sometimes, also if there is another train on the side track, I was "transported" to it!

"Unfortunately" DTG is on holidays these days,.. but hopes this be fixed on January asap!.
