    Why does DTG let XBOX 1 players get the GP40-2 as SEPARATE DLC for $19.99

    while is PS4 players are got to pay $50.00 to buy TSW Deluxe just for the loco and boxcar? I’d like a answer soon as possible:)

    I tried to get it with buying the TSW 2020 deluxe edition, but it didn't worked. It would be very nice if it would be possible to buy the GP40-2 for my PS4.

    Well, they just want to steal your money... By doing this much amount of money.
    The same is, why you have to pay ( in euros ) € 14 for JUST A SINGLE loco... Some loco's aren't even worth it for that amount tho...
